Our significant understanding and experience of process engineering solutions gives our clients confidence in our abilities where cooling is required at a specific location as part of an industrial process. Cooling systems in the printing industry is one such example and an area Arcade have a wealth of experience in.

William Gibbons & Sons, specialists in printing, invest heavily in the latest state of the art equipment to ensure they continue to operate at the leading edge of technology. When installing their new printing press they asked Arcade to design and install the new cooling systems. Arcade has worked with William Gibbons & Sons for the last 10 years; reducing the cost of chilled water production with the introduction of Dry Air Coolers. Many circuits on the printing press can now be cooled using ambient cooling rather than mechanical chillers which can lead to a reduction in energy costs of over 60%.

This system is an essential HVAC function to ensure the printing production keeps on running, allowing William Gibbons & Sons to meet deadlines and stay competitive in the printing industry.
