Process cooling

Arcade has provide design and installation services for process cooling for the last 40 years.  We have a great deal of experience in the design and installation of services to the print industry and have been involved in a number of very successful new builds.

We design and install temperature control solutions to a wide range of process industries, ranging from cooling commercial web printing presses to machines that form car door seals.

We manufacture bespoke temporisers which can provide various temperatures to the process industry. Our advanced Multi-zone system can provide in excess of 40 different temperatures controlling to within +/- 0.2 degrees C.

All our systems are designed and built with redundancy built in, this may include duty / standby pumps, stainless steel Pipework to reduce corrosion.

Arcade covers the whole of the British Isles and can get to 90% of the population within 4 hrs. We also offer 24 call out facility to ensure peace of mind for critical processes.

Our standard warranty on systems is 12 months parts and labour which we can extend to 3 years if required. 

HVAC design and Installation

We have a complete in-house design and build capability for new and refurbished HVAC systems.

Our experienced project planners minimise downtime and meet your budget and schedule requirements.

Reverse Osmosis

We design, supply and service reverse osmosis systems to provide pure water to printing presses and other process systems.
