The redesign of a complicated ventilation system for a building housing both windowless laboratories used by oncology scientists and technicians, and traditional offices.

The new state-of-the-art ventilation system needed to be controlled centrally, and installation completed within a live environment with minimal opportunity for
shutdowns.

• All work was completed within the live environment and only required two 4-hour
