Protecting your systems with dedicated water treatment

It is crucial that a cooling or heating system has water treatment in order to prevent corrosion and the build-up of bacteria and other contaminants. The build-up of scale can have a serious effect on the performance of any system in terms of energy efficiency and thermal transfer. We can offer water analysis, flushing of contaminated systems and dosing of rust inhibitors and biocides to prevent these potential issues occurring and damaging your systems.

Reverse Osmosis systems

Reverse Osmosis systems remove 99% of contaminates from water. This is especially important in the print industry where water to printing presses and other process systems needs to be consistent to ensure high quality print. We design, build, install and maintain RO units to suit each client.

Water analysis

Arcade can test for bacteria counts, pseudomonas, molybdate levels, pH levels, conductivity and nitrite levels in your products and systems and advise on the maintenance programme for your needs.

Water softeners

Water hardness can be an issue and must be removed using water softeners or demineralised plants in order to protect a number of industrial applications. We have the experience to offer advice on all these products and can size and design systems to suit a customer’s requirements.
